Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 medium carrots, diced
  • 1 cup roughly chopped white radish root
  • 1 cup diced winter squash
  • 2 cups roughly chopped kale
  • 1 cup diced turnips
  • 2 stalks of celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried seaweed
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup shiitake mushrooms

Preparation

Step 1

Add all the ingredients at once and place on a low boil for approximately 60 minutes.

Simply continue to boil and taste. Cool, strain and store in a large, tightly sealed glass container in the fridge.

Heat gently and drink three to four cups a day.
