Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb sausage
- 9 eggsslightly beaten
- 3 cups milk
- 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- pepper
- 3 slices whited bread cut into 1/4 inch cubes
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Brown sausage. Drain on paper towel. Mix eggs, milk, mustard and pepper in a bowl. Add bread and cheese. Pour mixture into gresed 13x9 pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
