Ingredients
- Sweet Dough
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoon yeast
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 egg
- Filling
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup raisins if desired
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- Topping
- 2 cups conf sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons water

Preparation
Step 1
Make sweet dough and let rise in a warm spot :) until doubled in size. Punch down and roll onto a lightly floured surface. Spread cinnamon filling mixture onto dough and roll up in jelly roll fasion then slice into 1 1/2 inch slices. Cover and let rise in warm spot until doubled in size. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Ice if desired.
