Ingredients

  • 1 pkg graham cracker tarts (4 oz)
  • 1 3oz. pkg cream cheese - room temperature
  • 1 14oz. can condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Let cream cheese stand at room temp. until softened. In a medium sized mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in sweetened condensed milk until thoroughly mixed. Add lemon juice and vanilla, and stir until well mixed. Divide mixture into 6 tarts (allow space for topping). Chill filled tarts until set 2 hrs or more. Top each tart with a level layer of canned cherry or fruit filling.



*Tarts may be filled with whole or sliced fresh fruit. Spoon melted jelly & preserves over fruit on each tart, chill until serving.
