Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1/3 cup butter
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/8 tsp ginger
- 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- FILLING
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 3/4 up milk
- 1 tlb. grated orange peel
- 1 pkg (3 3/4 oz) instant vanilla pudding
- 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drain & reserve
- 1 tlb. syrup
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- CRUST - 8 inch pie

Step 1
CRUST
In heavy skillet, melt butter. Stir in flour, brown sugar, ginger, and chopped nuts; blend well. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until crumbs are toasted and golden brown. Cool. Press crumb mixture onto bottom and up sides of 8 inch pie pan.
FILLING
In small mixer bowl, combine sour cream, milk, orange peel, and pudding. Mix at low speed to blend. Beat at high speed about 30 seconds or until thickened. DO NOT OVER MIX. Pour into crust. Chill until set. Arrange mandarin oranges on top of filling.
In small sauce pan, combine marmalade and tlb. of reserved syrup. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until marmalade melts. Spoon over oranges to cover. Chill until served.
