Chocolate Sandwich Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1/3 cup coco powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup milk

• Filling
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons shortening
• 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
• 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
• 2/3 cup powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Combine ingredients until mixed well then drop by spoon onto cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes let sit on baking sheet a couple minutes before removing to cooling rack.
Mix filling ingredients until light and fluffy and good spreading consistency.
Put cookies together
