Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup mincemeat
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped walnuts

Step 1
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time beating well. Add mincemeat and stir well. Add dry ingredients and nuts if desired. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes
