Chocolate Zucchini Bread

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 1 cup oil
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 3 cups grated zucchini
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 cups flour
• 3/4 cup cocoa
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

350. Beat together eggs, oil, vanilla, and sugar. Add zucchini. Mix dry ingredients together with wet till moistened. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans, bake 1 hour.
