Ingredients
- 3 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 22/3 cups chicken gravy
- 2 cups uncooked instant rice
- 1 can(103/4oz.)condensed cream of chicken soup,undiluted
- 1 cup(8oz.)sour cream
- 1 can(8oz)mushroom stems and pieces,drained
- 1 med onion,chopped
- 2/3 cup chopped celery
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup chopped pitted green olives
- 1/4 cup chopped ripe olives
- 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1/8 tsp.pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl,combine all ingredients.Transfer to a greased 13"x9"baking dish.
Cover and bake at 375degree for 30 minutes.Uncover and stir;bake 20-25minutes longer or until bubbly and rice and vegetables are tender.
