Ingredients

  • 3 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 22/3 cups chicken gravy
  • 2 cups uncooked instant rice
  • 1 can(103/4oz.)condensed cream of chicken soup,undiluted
  • 1 cup(8oz.)sour cream
  • 1 can(8oz)mushroom stems and pieces,drained
  • 1 med onion,chopped
  • 2/3 cup chopped celery
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup chopped pitted green olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped ripe olives
  • 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 1/8 tsp.pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl,combine all ingredients.Transfer to a greased 13"x9"baking dish.
Cover and bake at 375degree for 30 minutes.Uncover and stir;bake 20-25minutes longer or until bubbly and rice and vegetables are tender.
