- 1/2 c. Land O' Lakes sweet cream butter, softened
- 2 tbsp. sloppy joe or chili seasoning mix
- 1 tsp. salt

Preparation
Step 1
Scrub and dry potatoes (do not peel). Cut each in 3 or 4 lengthwise slices. In small bowl, blend butter and seasonings. Spread on slices and reassemble each potato. Wrap each securely in 10 to 12 inch square of double thickness of heavy duty foil. Place on baking sheet in 375 degree oven or on grill 3 to 4 inches from hot coals for 55 to 70 minutes or until potatoes are soft when pinched. Turn potatoes occasionally to disperse seasoning. To serve, turn down foil to make a serving dish. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Pass additional butter.
