  • 1 1 1 t gelatin
  • 4 4 4 t cold water
  • 1 1 1 C heavy cream
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 C confectioners sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine gelatin and water in a small saucepan. Let stand 10 minutes. Put onto low heat and stir constantly until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat and let it cool. Whip cream and sugar until slightly thick. While beating add gelatin mixture. Whip at high speed until stiff.
