Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lg onion, chopped (1 cup)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp chili powder or 3 Tbsp
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 1 tsp sugar/worcestershire sauce
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans/undrained

Preparation
Step 1
Cook ground beef, onion & garlic till brown. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except beans. Heat to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Stir in beans. Heat to boiling, reduce heat. Simmer uncovered about 20 minutes.
Lime Crema=1 c. sour cream/1/4 c. heavy cream/Grated zest & juice 1 lime/1 tsp. kosher salt=Combine all of ingredients and whisk until well blended & creamy.
Ranch Sour Cream=1 1/2 c. sour cream/1 1/2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro/2 scallions thinly sliced/Salt & pepper=Combine all ingredients but salt & pepper. Add 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste. Whisk until smooth. Refrigerate until serving.
Serve with Cheddar Quesadilla/Fried Egg/Cheese/Chives/Sour cream/Red or white onion/Avocado-guacamole/Corn chips/Lime wedge/Fried onions/Cilantro
