Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • 1 scoop (vanilla) protein powder
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed (replaced with 1 tbsp ground hazelnuts)
  • 1/2 banana, mashed. (add after all other ingredients are mixed together)

Step 1

You can use any flavour protein power, leave the cinnamon out if you don't like it, and use a different milk (skim, soy, oat, rice milk,...).

I find that I have to add a few more tbsp of whichever milk I'm using, just to get the consistency right.

The end result is always delicious, and makes more than one pancake, usually at least 4 medium ones!!

Amazing, topped with berries, yogurt, pb, PB2, maple/sugar free syrup, nuts,..etc.!
