Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 1 cup graham crumbs
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- FILLING:
- 3 - 250 gr pkgs cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp grated lemon rind
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lime juice

Preparation
Step 1
CRUST:
Combine ingredients. Press into bottom of a 9" springform pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
FILLING:
Beat cream cheese and sugar till smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time just till blended. Add remaining ingredients. Pour over crust.
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until centre is set. Run edge along sides of pan to prevent cracking. Cool to room temperature. Chill overnight.
