Ingredients
- 3-4 Roma Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 4 oz can green chiles (I used only 1/2 can in the past)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1-2 T. lemon juice
- 2 T. oil
- salt to taste

Step 1
Blanche tomatoes and remove skin.
Mix all ingredients in a food processor to desired consistency. Serve with chips.
