Ingredients
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds, toasted
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp grated onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup American cheese, grated
- 3 cups crushed potato chips

Step 1
Combine all ingredients except cheese and chips. Toss lightly. Just before baking, spread chips and cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
