Ingredients
- Use either the pie crust recipe or tart sheels.
- 1 c. butter (very soft)
- 3 c. brown sugar
- 3 beaten eggs
- 3 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. raisins or currents
- 6 tbsp. cream

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients well. Put into tart shells.
Bake at 450 F for 8 minutes then reduce the temperature to 350 F and bake until pastry is brown.
