1. Follow yeast package directions for yeast activation in wa ter. (typically water that is slightly warm to touch from tap — fill measuring cup with water and discard to warm up cup — put 1 1/4 water in, stir in sugar then yeast. Stir until mostly dissolved and let stand for 10 minutes to activate.

2. If you have a bread machine, put in all ingredients and put on dough setting.

3. If not, mix all ingredient. Turn out on to a counter with flour on the surface. Add flour as needed to make a manageable large ball that you can knead with out sticking to your hands. Put in greased bowl and cover with damp towel and let double in size (approx. 1 hr).

4. Punch down ball and let relax a few minutes before rolling out into crusts. Use flour as needed to manage stickiness.

5. If not using a pizza stone, par-back dough for 3-5 minutes in 425 oven. Then add ingredients.

6. Bake pizza at 425 until cheese and crust are golden brown, 15-20 minutes
