Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 lb Jimmy Dean (Sage) Pork Sausage
- 2 cans (20-oz) crushed tomatoes
- 2 cans (12-oz) tomato paste
- 4 tsp garlic salt
- 3 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp basil
- 4 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 24 oz mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- 24 oz Lasagna Noodle, cooked

Preparation
Step 1
Cook meats. Drain off fat.
Add tomatoes. Stir in tomato paste, garlic, oregano, and basil.
Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered 20 minutes or until mixture is consistency of spaghetti sauce.
Heat over to 350 degrees.
Stir together ricotta cheese and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese.
Set aside 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
In ungreased pan, alternate layers of Noodle / Meat Sauce / Mozzarella Cheese / Ricotta-Parmesan Cheese mixture. Top last layer of noodle with Sauce, Mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
