½ fresh lemon
Spinach
Fried bacon pieces
Red wine vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

In a frying pan, squeeze one half a lemon +2 good shots of Worchester sauce, and two shots of sugar from Shaker. At 3 teaspoons red wine vinegar and stir till heated, pour over spinach. Flambé Bacon and add bacon to spinach and serve.
