- 1 cup unsalted roasted cashews
- 3 T. sunflower oil, or more if desired
- 2 t. honey, or to taste
- 1/8 t. fine salt, or to taste

Step 1
1. In the work bowl of a food processor, combine the cashews, oil, honey and salt. Process the nut mixture on high speed for 30 seconds.
2. Scrape down the sides with a silicone spatula, and then process to the desired smoothness. Add more oil, 1 teaspoon at a time, if a smoother butter is desired. Adjust the honey and salt to taste.
3. Transfer the cashew butter to a small bowl, and serve with bread or crackers.
