- 10-14 oz Bananas
- 6 oz Golden Granulated Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
- Pinch salt
- 4 oz Softened hard marg
- 8 oz S/R Flour

Step 1
Line an 8" loaf tin, mash bananas with sugar, add eg, soda and salt, stir in melted marg, add flour.
Bake in oven 325 degrees for 1 hour
