Ingredients

  • SAUCE:
  • 2lbs - spare ribs or boneless pork butt cut into 1” squares
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 TBSP Cornstarch
  • 4 Tsp Shoyu
  • 1 Tsp Liquor (Crown Royal, Whiskey, Sherry, whatever you have in the cabinets)
  • 2 Cup Honey or sugar of your choice
  • 1 Cup Vinegar
  • Ginger, 2-3 inch peeled, cut in half lengthwise

  • 1 Can Pineapple Chunks, juice included.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and marinate spare ribs, Salt, Cornstarch, Shoyu, Liquor for 10 minutes.

Sauce:
Pour sauce ingredients and pork in IP. Manual 30 minutes. I just manual released. But if in a hurry can QR.

Add:
Pineapple Chunks, juice included.

Make a cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.
