Ingredients
- 1 pkg corkscrew macaroni
- 1/2 cup onion,chopped fine
- 2 cups cucumber, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped fine
- 1 small jar pimento, chopped and drained
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 T prepared mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- vegetable oil to coat pasta

Directions
Cook macaroni, cool and coat with oil;set aside. Boil sugar, vinegar and spices until sugar dissolves, about 2 minutes. Cool. Combine macaroni with vegetables and pour dressing over. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Stir and serve. Great for picnics. No mayonnaise, so no chance to spoil easily.
