Ingredients
- DRESSING:
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp worchestire sauce
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp water
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- SALAD INGREDIENTS:
- 1 head Romaine lettuce, finely chopped
- 1 head Iceberg lettuce, finely chopped
- 6 crispy strips bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 lb blue cheese, crumbled
- 3 hard cooked boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 avocados, chopped
- 1/4 lb chopped swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Step 1
DRESSING:
Combine all ingredients in blender and mix well.
SALAD:
Arrange lettuces in bottom of bowl. Place remaining ingredients in rows across the top. Sprinkle with parsley. Add french dressing and toss just before serving.
