  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked ham; finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup green pepper; chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion; finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup half n’ half cream
