Blackening Spice

Ingredients

• 5 T. kosher sale
• 5 T. paprika
• 1 T. dry thyme
• 1 T. black pepper
• 1 T. garlic powder
• 1/2 t. cayenne pepper
• 1/2 t. white papper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all the spice ingredients well and store in a sealed container or spice jar. Makes 1 shaker full.
