Ingredients
- Crust:
- 8 oz ricotta cheese
- 8 oz 2% cottage cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 larg egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 cup graham or chocolate cookie crumbs
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp melted marg
- Topping:
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp vanilla

Step 1
Press crumbs into 8" pan. Blend cake mix in food processor 15 seconds, sccrap, and blend until smith. Bake 30 minutes at 350. Top with topping and bake 10 more minutes.
