Ingredients
- Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 6oz pkg chocolate chips
- Cake Mixture:
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups water
- 2/3 cup oil
- 2 tsp vinegar

Step 1
Filling: Combine ingredients and set aside.
Cake Mixture: combine sifted dry ingredients. Add liquids and mix well. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and drop rounted tsp of filling on top. Bake for 25 minutes at 350. Makes 25 cupcakes.
