Ingredients
- 2 lb. chili meat (rount steak, cubed and some ground
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 T salt
- 1 T paprika
- 1 T cumin
- 2 T chili powder
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 2 jalapeno chili peppers, chopped
- 1 large can tomato sauce or paste
- 1 tomato sauce can of beer
- 2 tomato sauce cans of water
- 2 T flour
- 1 bag pinto beans, cooked

Directions
Brown meat and drain, then add all other ingredients ( except beans and flour): let simmer 3 hours. Add beans and flour to thicken.
