Ingredients
- 3 pkg yeast
- ½ cup warm water
- 1 cup warm milk
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 ½ to 4 cups flour
- ½ pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 egg, lightly

Step 1
In large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add milk, butter, and salt; beat until smooth.
Stir in enough flour to make soft dough.
Turn out and knead 6 – 8 minutes.
Cover and let rise 30 minutes.
Punch dough down, divide into 30 pieces.
Roll each into 4-inch circle.
Combine bacon and onion and place about 2 tsp. on one side of each circle.
Fold dough over and press edges with a fork to seal.
Place 3 inches apart on greased baking sheet.
Cover and let rise 20 minutes.
Brush with egg.
Bake at 425° for 15 minutes
