Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds sweet potato, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 chopped chipotle chile canned in adobo
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cover potato in pan with water to cover, bring to a boil. Simmer 15 mins or until tender. Drain and return to pan.
2. Add half and half-lime. Mash to desired consistency. Cook 2 mins to heat through.
3. Stir in chilies, sugar, salt, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon, sprinkle with rest of cinnamon.
