Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- two eggs
- 7 tablespoons sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup or more raisins

Step 1
Combine rice with remaining mixture of ingredients and pour into a 1 quart greased saucepan. Place this pan into a pan containing 1 inch of hot water, bake at 350°F or 1 to 1 1/2 hours until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
