Ingredients
- 1 cup nonfat chicken broth
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups cabbage, chopped
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons basil
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 drops tabasco sauce
- 3 pounds boned and skinned chicken breast
- 1 1/4 cups rice

Step 1
1. Mix broth-tomato paste in crockpot. Add onion-tabasco. Add chicken.
2. Cook on low 5-6 hours. Remove bay. Serve with rice.
