- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 28-oz. can tomatoes
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Step 1
In large skillet, brown meat, add pepper and onion. Cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients and heat through. Place in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
