Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lbs Turkey (butterball lean ground)
- 1 1/4 lbs Beef (12% or less ground)
- 5.5 oz Can V8 Juice
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- 2 Anaheim Chili's (chopped fine)
- 1 Cup Celery (chopped fine)
- 1 Cup Quick Cook Oatmeal

Step 1
Combine all ingredients. go on get your hands gooey. Pat into preferred size, place on a baking sheet. (on parchment paper works best) less cleanup!
Bake @ 375 degrees 40-50 minutes
