Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
- 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 6 tlb. butter or margarine melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 egg white
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- Whipped cream

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine wafer crumbs and nuts.
2. Stir in the melted butter or margarine
3. Place 12 paper bake cups in 2 1/2 in. muffin pans
4. Press crumbs mixture into cups, covering sides & bottom.
5. In mixer bowl combining sugar, orange juice concentrate and egg white.
6. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer about 7 min. or till soft peaks form (tips curl over)
7. Carefully fold in sour cream. Spoon into prepared cups.
8. Freeze firm.
9. Let stand at room temperature 10-15 min before serving
10. Dollop with whipped cream, if desired.
