Ingredients
- 1 pkg (3 1/4 oz.) coconut pudding and pie filling mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 can (1 lb) peach slices, drain & reserve 2/4 cup syrup
- PINK PEACH GLAZE
- 1 tlb corn starch
- 3/4 cup reserved syrup
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 3 drops red food coloring
- 2 drops almond extract

Preparation
Step 1
1. In saucepan, combine pudding and pie filling mix & milk. 2. Cook as directed on package. Cool.
3. Pour into pie shell.
4. Arrange drained peach slices on filling, top with Pink Peach Glaze:
-In small saucepan, combine cornstarch and reserved syrup.
-Cook over low heat until thick.
-Add lemon peel, red food coloring & almond extract.
-Mix well.
