Ingredients
- Cookies
- 1 pound confectioners sugar
- 2.5 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup coconut
- 1.5 cups chopped walnuts
- Glaze
- 1 bag (12 ounces) chocolate chips
- 1/4 block of paraffin (can use 1 TB shortening instead)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all cooky ingredients in a large bowl. Form into walnut sized balls. Melt chocolate and paraffin together in double boiler. Dip cookies into chocolate mixture and place on wax paper to cool. These freeze well.
