Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries, pureed.
- 3 cups sifted flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 c sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 sticks butter, room temp
- 3 eggs
- 1 egg white

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Mix milk, vanilla, and strawberry puree in another bowl. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and egg whites, a little at a time. Add half the flour mix, then the milk/strawberry mix, then rest of flour mix, beating in between to incorporate.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, bake for 20 minutes.
