Vanilla Cupcakes

• 1.75 cups cake flour
• 1.25 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 2 sticks butter, room temp (in pieces)
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1.5 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flours, sugar, baking powder and salt in mixer. Add bits of butter, mix until coated. Whisk eggs, milk and vanilla in a separate bowl. Add to flour mixture in 3 parts, beat until blended.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees, bake for 15-18 minutes.
