Fluffy White Icing

Ingredients

• 3 cups powdered sugar
• 1 cup water
• 1/4 cup karo syrup
• 4-5 egg whites; beaten stff
• 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil and cook to a soft ball stage. Pour slowly into stiffly beaten egg whites and beat; add vanilla; beat until cool.
