Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2 t. baking powder
- 1 t. salt
- 1 c. chopped dates
- 1 c. maraschino cherries (well drained)
- 1 c. choc chips
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 4 lrg eggs
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first three ingredients together in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix together the next 4 ingredients.
Mix with dry ingredients to coat with the flour mixture.
In a separate bowl combine eggs and vanilla with an electric mixer add sugar. Add to dry ingredients, mix well by hand. Coat a standard loaf pan with pam; add batter. Cook at 325 for 1 hour and 15 mins.
Don't cool in the pan, it will make the bread soggy.
