Easy Pumpkin Mousse-THM

Ingredients
- KC added:
- 2-3 cups cooked pumpkin (or sweet potato)
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1/3 cup cacao (baking cocoa)
- 1/2 - 1 tsp gluccaminin powder if desired (to make mousse thick for a pie you must add gluccie)
- 1-2 tsp cinnamin
- 1/8 tsp each cloves, nutmeg, ginger
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (or use stevia for THM)
- Make a nut base if you want a pie:
- 1-2 cups almond/nut flour/meal
- 2-4 Tbsp butter/ghee/coconut oil, melted

Step 1
To make mousse blend all ingredients, I suggest using vitamix. Blend longer for extra thickening from the gluccie.
To make pie mix and press crust ingredients into pan and pour the mousse in.
Chill in Fridge.
