Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch strips
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
- 2 Tbsp. butter, divided
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped red pepper
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 pkg. creamy garlic shells
- Shredded Parmesan

Step 1
Sprinkle chicken with S&P. In a lg. skillet, cook chicken over med. heat in 1 Tbsp. oil and 1 Tbsp. butter for 4-5 min.or until juices run clear. Remove and keep warm.
In the same skillet, saute onion and peppers in remaining oil and butter for 4-5 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in the water, milk and shells. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10-12 min. or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in chicken; cook 2-3 min. longer or until heated thru. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
