- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2/3 c. chunky applesauce
- 2/3 c. spicy BBQ sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. chili powder

Step 1
Sprinkle chicken with pepper. In a lg. skillet, brown chicken in oil on both sides. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingred.; pour over the chicken. Cover and cook 7-10 min. longer or until a meat thermometer reads 170.
