Ingredients

1 breadfruit
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Remove breadfruit stem, sprinkle 1/2 cup brown sugar into hollow. Add spices to melted butter and put into hollow. Mix top with brown sugar. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Stuff hole with banana.
