- 1/2 cup coffee ice cream
- 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) vodka
- 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) coffee liqueur
- 1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) creme de cacao
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- Chocolate-covered coffee beans, coarsely chopped (optional)

In a blender, combine ice cream, vodka, coffee liqueur, and creme de cacao. Add ice cubes. Cover and blend until mixture is smooth.
Pour mixture into eight espresso cups. If desired, top each with coarsely chopped coffee beans. Serve immediately. Makes 8 (1-ounce) servings.
