Ingredients
- olive oil
- 4 garlic minced
- 4 - 12oz jars roasted red peppers (include liquid)
- 1 LG onion chopped
- 1 qrt canned tomatoes
- 1 jar ronzoni roasted garlic and red pepper sauce (Safeway)
- 2 lg carrots peeled and grated
- 2 LG potatoes chopped
- 1 pkg cream cheese cubed
- 1 tbsp cumin, basil, kosher salt and, sugar
- 1 tsp sage, thyme, and pepper
- 1/4 cup parsley ( or crappy awful cilantro blah)
- 1/2 tap chili powder
- 3 cups veg or chicken stock
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 cups milk or 2cups milk 1 cup cream

Preparation
Step 1
pour enough olive oil into stockpot for garlic, onions, center, carrots, potatoes, red peppers,. mix and sure ingredients for about five min or until onion is translucent. mix in canned tomatoes. mix in ronzoni sauce. add the duck and mix. finally add milk and cream.being sure to temper it first so as not to curdle
add all the spices
when the potatoes are cooked insert immersion blender into pot and buzz until a consistency of the picture
