- 2 cups diced tart apples
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- Dash of salt
- 1 cup chop celery
- 1/2 cup broken walnuts
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Step 1
Peal 4-5 apples (or you can leave the skin on). Skins seem to be tough otherwise.
Dice apples into small bite size pieces and put in a bowl.
Cut the celery and add to the apples.
In a small separate bowl mix together the sugar lemon juice and salt until the sugar dissolves. Pour the lemon juice and sugar over the apples and mix to cover.
Next add the nuts and mayonnaise and mix well.
Refrigerate then serve.
